We were desperate to been back in Cairo in the privacy of the apartment away from the hisses and leering and the eyes. All the eyes. So we formed the plan of catching a bus. We had just gotten out of the train station when we were accosted by a man asking us if we wanted to go to Cairo. We were like yes, but at the se time we were a little weary. So we were bundled into this small crowded mini van and were on our way to Cairo. All the men in the van had a good time laughing about us and then high fiving each other after some one said some thing particularly funny about us. How do we know that they were talking about us well, they would tap me on the shoulder and say something in their native tongue and then laugh. I think it was all good fun. We had a few laughs about them too. It was a good and funny drive back. So that really wraps up the first week in Egypt. It was really good to see Emma, actually it was just like old times, really cool. In fact it was really nice to see Emma, it had been ages.
